House Rules

Welcome to our home! We are thrilled to have you stay with us in Jonsered. To ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for you, as well as for our neighbors, we kindly ask you to read and follow our house rules during your stay.

1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From [Tid, t.ex. 15:00] PM.
  • Check-out: By [Tid, t.ex. 11:00] AM.
  • Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so we can ensure a smooth welcome.

2. Quiet Hours & Neighbors

  •    Quiet hours: Between 22:00 (10 PM) and 07:00 (7 AM).
  • Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise level down during these times, especially in outdoor areas or shared spaces.  

3. No Smoking

  •  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building/apartment.
  •  If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor area and use the provided ashtrays.

4. Parties and Events

  • Parties, loud gatherings, or additional unregistered overnight guests are **not allowed** under any circumstances.

5. Pets

  • Due to allergies of other guests, we have decided that pets are **not allowed** on the property.

6. Cleanliness and Care

  • Waste Sorting: In Sweden, we recycle! Please separate your waste in the kitchen using the provided bins:
  • Food waste: All food scraps must be placed in the brown paper bags found under the sink.
  • Plastic & other materials: Please discard these in the regular plastic bags provided in the kitchen.
  • Glass: All glass jars and wine bottles must be placed in the special bin clearly marked with pictures.
  • Before Check-out: Kindly ensure your dishes are done and that all sorted trash is placed in its designated bins before you leave.
  • Damages: Please report any accidental damages or broken items to us as soon as possible so we can fix them for the next guest.

7. Safety and Energy Saving

  • Please make sure all windows and doors are securely locked when you leave the property.
  • To help us save electricity, please turn off lights and heating/air conditioning when you are out exploring.
